Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to brand campaign fees paid through MIF.

Campaign Fees

Influencer fees and bureau commissions are agreed upon before any campaign commences. Payment terms are specified in individual campaign agreements.

Refund Eligibility

• Full refund: If a campaign is cancelled before influencer briefing has begun.
• Partial refund: If content is not delivered within the agreed timeline despite reasonable notice and opportunity to remedy.
• No refund: For approved and published content, or for cancellations made after content production has commenced.

Campaign Disputes

If content does not meet the agreed brief after revisions have been provided, the case is reviewed by our team. Resolutions may include a re-shoot, partial refund, or credit toward a future campaign.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
