1. Services

MIF operates an influencer marketing bureau. We connect brands with content creators and manage campaigns, contracts, and payments on behalf of both parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Influencer Accounts

  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension.
  • We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or remove profiles at our discretion.

4. Campaign Terms

All campaigns are subject to individual contract agreements. Key terms include:

  • Payment is released upon content approval, not before.
  • Revision rounds are specified in each individual campaign contract.
  • You may not accept competing brand campaigns without prior written consent where exclusivity applies.
  • Content must comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).

5. Commission & Fees

MIF charges a bureau commission on all campaigns facilitated through the platform. This commission is factored into the rate presented to brands and disclosed separately to influencers. No additional fees apply for basic account registration.

6. Intellectual Property

Campaign content rights are defined in individual campaign agreements. Unless otherwise specified, the brand receives a non-exclusive license to use the content for the agreed period and channels. Influencers retain ownership of their created content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Impersonating another person or brand.
  • Providing misleading engagement data or audience statistics.
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempting to directly contact brands outside the platform to circumvent bureau fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or campaign outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
